The Pace of Grace is a self-help book guiding you to deal with new stresses we face today.
This book was originally titled “The StressLess Revolution – How to live your Best life without getting burnt out, stressed out, maxed out and checked out”. It was first printed in 2015.
In October 2020, I decided to update the book and rename it. My decision to do so was based on the events of 2020 and a deep knowing that the content of this book was meant for such a time as this.
Who would have thought that the world would have changed the way it has and that we would be living life with so much uncertainty? As I stood back and observed how people have adapted, I saw so much fear and stress in so many lives including my own.
The world has changed and in order for us to evolve, we need to change with it. There is a new energy on earth. The way we have done things in the past needs to change in accordance with this new energy.
It is now easier to tap into flow and move out of stress and struggle. The way we do this is to change our energy and this book will help you to do just that.
