Hartley Henderson, the author of Plantation Man, has worked on both sides of the media fence – as part of the media as a journalist, and at other times dealing with the media as a corporate communications manager.
For the past 20 years, he has worked as a freelance writer for a wide range of industry-focused magazines. He has also written advertising copy, video film scripts, newsletters, and speeches for senior people within industry and government.
Hartley lives on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia, and has travelled widely, especially in the USA. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in politics and economics from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
