Dave had spent a long-time proving other people wrong. However, at the age of 25, he celebrated his 25th Birthday in a psych ward, after realizing his dreams of becoming an accomplished engineer and working for BMW at their research and development centre in Munich. Now he has decided to decipher his past in his recent novel Patient Doctor Privilege. For him, writing this book has taken him on a journey away from a career path focused on perfection, minute details and lengthy calculations, to the messy world of mental health. He believes, having been in the system so many times since, that he has a unique offering to those struggling.
